About Attorney

Yuliya M. Fisher-Nayyer received a B.A. in Government and Psychology from Smith College and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.

Prior to opening her own practice, Attorney Fisher-Nayyer gained in-depth legal experience working and interning for various agencies, throughout the country.

Some of her practical experience includes representing victims of domestic violence, as a Student Attorney for Women's Rights Litigation Clinic, as well as, prosecuting cases as a summer legal intern for Lee County District Attorney's Office in Sanford, North Carolina.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Fisher-Nayyer served as a Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court Family Part Judge, performing legal research and assisting him with multitude of domestic violence and family law matters on a daily basis.

Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Attorney Fisher-Nayyer worked as a trial attorney in Brooklyn, New York, representing children in custody, visitation, paternity, guardianship and domestic violence cases in Kings County Family Court.

Currently, Attorney Fisher-Nayyer is an active member of the Women's Bar Association. She has completed several pro bono projects, helping low-income individuals in Family Law and Elder Law cases, for such agencies as: the Volunteer Lawyers Project, CLSACC, the Elder Law Project and the Family Law Project for Battered Women of the Women's Bar Foundation.

Attorney Fisher-Nayyer speaks fluent Russian. She is admitted to practice in the States of Massachusetts and New York.
